Pick Up and Delivery

  • Pick-up: Self collection can be done earliest in 1 working day. Collection will be at our Ubi showroom from Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Delivery: Do give us 5 working days to process and ship your order. Free delivery within Singapore for orders above SGD 200. Shipping fees of SGD 25 will apply for orders under that amount.

Packing and Quality Assurance

  • All cues are properly packed and handled for shipping.
  • To ensure cues are well-protected in transit, we only use reliable third-party courier services in Singapore for shipping.
  • Customers can also visit our physical showroom (see below) to test our cues before purchasing. No safer way than to test the cue for yourself! 
  • To ensure our products are satisfactory, we also offer a 14-day return policy (see below).
  • As a subsidiary of Centrum Pte. Ltd., we are a GST-registered company in Singapore (GST Reg. number: M2-0011040-4 and are GeBIZ registered. 
  • We have been in the business for over 20 years and have experience in ensuring we deliver the highest quality in terms of products and shipping.

    • Visa or Master Credit card - Add to cart and make payment via credit card
    • Paynow - Paynow to our company UEN number (Contact us for more details) 
    • Bank Transfer - Bank transfer to our DBS / OCBC bank account (Contact us for more details) 

Return Policy 

  • All cues bought online comes with 14-day return policy. Should you find your cue has any problem or you are not satisfied with it due to a defect, you can return it to us at our office for an exchange. Items sold are non-refundable.
  • Please email us at info@centrumbilliard.com with the information first, and also bring along a receipt during the exchange. 
Showroom visit
  • Feel free to visit our physical showroom! Our range of pool cues are also available for viewing in our Ubi showroom if you would like to test them out.
  • We advise customers to call us at (+65) 9669 6100 to check on the availability of cues before coming down.
