Size and Space
What is the standard table tennis table size?
- The standard Table Tennis table size is 9ft x 5ft, with 30cm height. This is also recognised for tournament play by the governing bodies.
- Growing in popularity are smaller options such as the 7ft dual-use dining ping pong table suitable for homes and smaller spaces.
How much space do I need for a table tennis table?
- For competitive play, ideally have at least 9 feet of space behind each end of the table and about 5 feet on each side (9 x 5ft) for comfortable play and movement.
- For recreational or use, slightly less space of 6 x 5ft is ideal.

- Yes, we offer a range of ITTF-certified ping pong tables from Cornilleau. These are also used by the Singapore Sports School for training and tournaments.

What's the typical thickness of table tennis table surfaces?
- The thickness of table tennis table surfaces differs between indoor and outdoor tables as they use different materials.
- Indoor ping pong tables: The playing surface thickness can go from 12 - 15 mm. Official competition tables are often 22 mm - 25 mm, while recreational tables range from 12 mm - 15 mm. Our Cornilleau tables start from 15mm on.
- Outdoor ping pong tables: The surface ranges between 5 - 7 mm to withstand outdoor elements like weather, UV rays, and moisture.
Delivery, Warranty & Maintenance
Are the table tennis tables pre-assembled or do I need to assemble them?
- Majority of our ping pong tables are pre-installed or partially installed to reduce time upon delivery. Larger or custom tables may require assembly onsite.
- However, customers can have the option of onsite assembly as well.
What's the Warranty period on your Table Tennis Tables?
- For indoor tables, we offer a 3-year warranty on table tops.
- For outdoor tables, we offer 10-year warranty on table top and 1-year warranty on all non-wearing parts (excl. wheels, net and posts, bats, cover etc.)
